Salary: $17.50/Hr.
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Yard Laborer to join our team in a hands-on, outdoor role supporting the manufacturing and installation of precast concrete sound barrier walls. This position involves shoveling materials, moving and organizing products and supplies throughout the yard, and assisting with various general labor tasks as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Shovel and distribute materials around the yard as directed
Move and stage precast components and supplies using manual or assisted methods
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and work areas
Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times
Perform other duties as assigned to support yard and production operations
Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor
Reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is a plus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00a-4:00p
