We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaper / Groundskeeper to help maintain a large, high-end assisted living community in Fort Myers. This is a great opportunity to work in a peaceful, well-maintained environment where your work directly enhances residents’ quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaped grounds including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Care for flower beds, shrubs, and trees to keep the property looking well-maintained
• Assist with irrigation system checks and basic maintenance
• Remove debris and ensure walkways and common areas are clean and safe
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Support seasonal planting and property improvement projects

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license required
