Machine Operator I Job Summary: : A local wood parts and component manufacturing company is looking for a strong team player with a background in wood manufacturing machinery to cross train and support on all areas of production to create custom wood parts and components the production flow for manufacturing as well as the same excellence with any external customers. This is a hands physical movement of material by hand.
Machine Operator I Responsibilities:
- Working in department that makes wood furniture parts and components
- Cross train on a variety of workstations
- Dove tail machine -loading wood inro a machine placing notches and dilling holes
- Lamination line - working as a team of two
- Drawer box assembly - using glue nail gun and lifting and stacking
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift 6:00am-3:00pm M-F with occasional Saturdays
- $19.00/HR
Machine Operator I Qualifications:
- Fast pace
- Team minded
- Reading and following work orders
- discern materials for the corect project
- Flexible to cross train in all machines with in this department
- Lifting up to 50lbs
