Salary: $22 per hour

Express Employment Professionals of Everett are hiring a dedicated Cutline Associate to assist in machine operations and general labor tasks within for an industrial manufacturing company located in Marysville. This position operates on a day shift schedule of Monday-Thursday 6 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. and Fridays 6:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. Starting pay is $22 per hour.

Key responsibilities:

-Bundle and prepare steel cables according to production specifications.
-Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are staged and handled safely.
-Assist the Cutline team with measuring, cutting, tagging, and organizing cable assemblies.
-Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (materials, coils, bundles, etc.).
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
-Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Position Requirements:

-Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
-Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
-Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
-Ability to follow instructions and work safely around industrial equipment.
-Prior warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required.
