This position plays a critical role in ensuring all deposition materials are accurate, complete, and properly coordinated with physicians and involved parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive verbal and written requests to schedule physician depositions
• Coordinate introductions between physician coordinators and involved parties
• Print and prepare deposition intake sheets
• Work with chart prep team to pull and review charts
• Assemble deposition charts according to physician specifications
• Review billing records to ensure all prior reports have been paid
• Track and identify previous deposition volumes
• Collect fees in advance of scheduled depositions
• Verify deposition charts are returned from physicians
• Obtain and scan depositions for electronic storage
• Handle special preparation for designated physician depositions

• Administrative legal experience within the last 6 months
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills
