Urgent Hiring: Entry-Level Leasing Agent – weekends required

Salary: Up to $22/Hr. DOE

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Entry-Level Leasing Agent for a busy residential community in San Clemente. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into property management or grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

 

Service Line: Evaluation-to-Hire, Fulltime

Pay: $22/Hr.

Schedule: Thursday-Monday | Weekends Required | 8:00AM –5:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate

 

Responsibility:

·         Greet prospective renters and create a positive first impression

·         Conduct property tours and show available units

·         Answer questions regarding pricing, availability, and community features

·         Assist with leasing paperwork and application processing

·         Maintain a clean, organized leasing office

·         Provide excellent customer service to prospects and residents

 

Requirements:

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred

·         Previous property management experience is a plus (not required)

·         Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

·         Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
