Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Contact customers to confirm appointments and provide information
- Coordinate daily schedules with customers and technicians
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and co-workers
- Perform basic math calculations related to invoices, payments, and scheduling
Qualifications
- Bilingual (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
