Job description:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments and provide information
  • Coordinate daily schedules with customers and technicians
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and co-workers
  • Perform basic math calculations related to invoices, payments, and scheduling

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Previous office or administrative experience
