RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and supervise crew members on job sites

· Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and project timelines

· Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards

· Operate and oversee use of landscaping and irrigation equipment

· Communicate with management regarding project progress and needs

REQUIREMENTS

· 2–5+ years of landscaping or irrigation experience

· Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred

· Ability to operate landscaping equipment (skid steers, trenchers, etc.)

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical labor

· Knowledge of safety practices and job site procedures
