We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for a respected Eau Claire company where this role begins as a temporary assignment—but has a clear path to something more permanent for the right person.

If you’ve worked in environments like Kwik Trip, Walmart, Walgreens, Fleet Farm, retail counters, or high-volume call settings, you already understand the pace, the people, and the pressure. This is your chance to bring that experience into a more structured, professional setting.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound calls from business customers (primarily corporate retail partners)
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to solutions
Document and track activity using SAP and internal systems
Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Stay calm, clear, and helpful—even when things get busy

What We’re Looking For

Customer service experience (retail, call center, front desk, or similar)
Comfortable handling high call volume
Strong computer skills (experience with systems like SAP is a plus, not required)
Naturally positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Able to stay composed under pressure and keep conversations productive
