Rubber Mold Press Operator/ Trim Department

Salary: $22.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals of Littleton is seeking a motivated, entry-level machine operator for a Rubber Mold Press Operator position with a custom rubber manufacturing client located in Englewood, CO! This is a full-time opportunity starting at $17.00/hour with opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Operator press in a safe and accurate manner
• Visually inspect all parts pulled for any molding flaws
• Trim parts produced per instructions on work order
• Set up press to ensure that the setup per work order is correct and that all supplies needed are there at the machine station
• Assure that load weight is correct
• Separate bad parts from good parts to ensure the correct quantities are recorded

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a press operator, preferably in a rubber manufacturing environment
• Adept at utilizing a tape measure or ruler
• Ability to lift up  to 50 pounds
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and work orders in English language
• Visual acuity in order to quality control check parts to ensure flashing is removed and excess plastic or rubber is trimmed.
• Ability to work scheduled shift which is a 1st shift consisting of four ten hour days: Monday through Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm.
