Service Coordinator – Maintenance Scheduling (150–200 Calls Daily)

We’re hiring a high‑volume Service Coordinator to call customers and schedule maintenance services for their equipment. If you have experience talking with clients about HVAC systems, generators, air conditioning, heating, cooling, or other mechanical equipment, you’ll feel right at home in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to schedule routine maintenance
• Contact customers who are due or overdue for service
• Coordinate appointment times between customers and technicians
• Document all calls, updates, and service details
• Provide friendly, professional support on every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Experience calling customers to set up maintenance or service appointments
• Familiarity with HVAC, generators, AC/heating systems, or similar equipment
• Strong communication, follow‑up, and time‑management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑call‑volume environment
