Salary: $11.00 / hr + tips

Job Summary:

Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including dining areas, kitchen surfaces, and equipment
Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service
Prepare and serve ice cream orders according to menu standards
Assist in preparing hot food items while following food safety guidelines
Operate the cash register and handle transactions responsibly
Prepare basic coffee and espresso drinks (barista experience not required; training provided)
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout shifts
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $11.00 / hr + tips ($3-$6 per hours average)

Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Qualifications:

Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift, may also be bending, stooping, or squatting
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
Lift up to 40lbs occasionally
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Must comply with quality standards
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
