Looking for a stable full-time position with benefits and advancement opportunities? A Springfield-area food manufacturer is hiring dependable Food Production Associates to support bottling, packaging, labeling, and production operations in a clean manufacturing environment.

No manufacturing experience is required. Candidates with restaurant, retail, warehouse, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay

• $14.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• First Shift
• Mandatory overtime every fourth Saturday

What You'll Do

• Operate bottling, labeling, capping, and packaging equipment
• Rotate between workstations to support production needs
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor production lines and maintain workflow
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support production and packaging operations as needed

Qualifications

• Production, assembly, retail, warehouse, or food service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Non-slip shoes required

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive production tasks
• Bend, reach, and perform general physical labor
