Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, direct-hire Warehouse Manager for a large warehouse/distribution center located in West Orlando!

Position Details:

• Salary Range - $60,000/year - $65,000/year (Depending on skills and experience)
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Full-time, direct-hire position.

Job Duties:

• Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and support. Assist with maintaining an efficient warehouse operation while ensuring a good working environment for employees.
• Assist with monitoring and unloading of all materials into the receiving department; ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection; ensure receiving reports accurately report material received. Resolve discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports. Monitor the flow of paperwork from receiving to inventory control for timely data entry. Ensure accurate and consistent stock levels by conducting regular inventory audits, tracking stock movements, and addressing discrepancies.

Requirements:

• MUST have 5 years or more of Warehouse/Distribution Center Management experience.
• MUST be proficient with warehouse management software and basic computer skills.
• MUST have a proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team.
