• 1st Shift: 6:50 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:50 PM – 7:00 AM
  Pay: $18.60 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our aluminum wheel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all finished products meet strict quality standards through visual and dimensional inspections. Openings are available for 1st and 3rd shift, offering stable, full-time 12-hour schedules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished aluminum wheels for defects, damage, or irregularities
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges for dimensional inspections
• Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Document inspection results accurately and report non-conforming materials
• Separate, tag, and handle defective products according to company procedures
• Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Assist with rework or sorting activities as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production preferred
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automotive or aluminum wheel manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality control processes and defect identification
• Understanding of ISO or manufacturing quality standards
