Production Associate – Woodworking

Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 50 Hours/Week

A busy Springfield woodshop is hiring Production Associates for cabinet and shelf assembly. This is a great opportunity for entry‑level candidates looking to learn a trade—or experienced tradesmen seeking steady, full‑time work.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble shelves and specialty cabinets
• Load and unload trucks
• Keep work areas clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using hand tools (or willing to learn)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Training provided on shop math and tape measure use

Pay & Schedule

• $15/hour or $825/week (before taxes)
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 50 hours per week with overtime
