Sales Representative – South Central Arkansas
Full-Time | $40,000 – $45,000 Annually

A Sales Representative is needed to support business growth across South Central Arkansas. This role focuses on building relationships with retail accounts, increasing sales, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
• Promote product lines through merchandising, displays, and in-store promotions
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product visibility
• Maintain proper stock levels, product rotation, and freshness
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Arkansas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift/move products up to 165 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience (beverage, restaurant, bar, or DSD experience a plus)
• Knowledge of distribution or route-based sales environments
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $40,000 – $45,000 annually

Drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check required.
