A leading machine‑building manufacturer in Springfield, OH is expanding our team! We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Electro‑Mechanical Assembler who enjoys hands‑on work and building quality equipment from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Assemble electrical and mechanical components, sub‑assemblies, and full machine builds
Mount components to bodies or control panels per blueprints and specifications
Prepare, install, and connect wiring harnesses and terminals
Follow written and verbal work instructions with precision
Adapt to variations in parts, wiring patterns, and assembly requirements

What You Bring

Electromechanical assembly experience strongly preferred
Ability to lift 20–40 lbs unassisted
Comfort using measuring tools and basic shop math
Strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods
