Maintenance Supervisor (Salaried – Immediate Hire)

Pay Range: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
Schedule: 1st Shift (On-Call Required)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment and can both lead maintenance personnel and actively work on maintenance projects.

The Maintenance Supervisor will primarily support Plant 1, with additional support for Plant 2, and will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and facility startup operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and support maintenance technicians in day-to-day operations
• Plan, assign, and work alongside the team on mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance projects
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment to minimize downtime
• Coordinate maintenance activities to support continuous 24-hour operations
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Perform facility startup activities every other Sunday
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintenance best practices
• Support maintenance needs across multiple facilities as needed
• Communicate effectively with production, operations, and management teams

Qualifications

• Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience required
• Strong technical maintenance background (mechanical and/or electrical)
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and work hands-on with maintenance teams
• Comfortable being on call for a 24/7 operation
• Able and willing to work every other Sunday for facility startup
• Textile manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused
