We are searching for a Customer Service Rep, fluent in Spanish and English and familiar with technical or manufacturing environments. The person will provide quotes, respond to inquiries, act as a liaison between customers and all departments as needed to ensure total customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have exceptional time management and organizational skills and excel at vendor and customer relationship management. Strong office skills including computer software required, bluepring reading desirable. Long term contract position, possible hire in the future.
