Express Employment of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to assist with customer outreach, quoting, and internal coordination in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, building materials, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical supply industries who is comfortable supporting sales teams and managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts through customer outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Assist with quotes, proposals, and job estimates based on customer needs and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job details to support accurate quoting.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, purchasing, and sales) to ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain and update customer information using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Track sales activities, update records, and generate reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely responses to inquiries

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service in a service-based environment.
• Industry experience in construction, building materials, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical supply strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, or job quotes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
