Payroll Specialist

Located in Dallas, TX

Company looking for an Accounting/Payroll Specialist.

 

This role will be responsible for full-cycle payroll processing while also supporting our accounting team with a focus on accounts receivable and credit functions. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise, along with hands-on experience in AR, collections, and customer account reconciliation. Experience working in Sage 300 is strongly preferred.

 

Key requirements:

• 3–7+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
• Experience supporting AR functions, including cash application, aging review, and collections
• Familiarity with credit management and customer account oversight
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Sage 300 (preferred)

Pay is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
