Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production by finishing products through trimming, cutting, and packaging
• Cut materials accurately to specified dimensions
• Package completed products for shipping or customer pickup
• Conduct quality checks to identify defects and ensure product accuracy
• Verify completed products against order details
• Perform basic data entry and computer-based tracking
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times
• Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse production, manufacturing, or print shop environments
• Comfortable working at a variable pace (busy and slow days)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer skills (data entry required)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Experience

• Production or finishing experience within a printing or print shop environment
• Experience with cutting, trimming, or packaging materials
