This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has proven customer service experience, and is confident managing multiple priorities at once.

 

Monday – Friday Day Shift

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls using exceptional phone etiquette
• Schedule technicians accurately while multitasking and prioritizing deadlines
• Greet customers at the front desk and serve as the welcoming face of the office
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service in person and over the phone
• Prepare, organize, and maintain office files
• Perform data entry and general office duties with accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in an office setting
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
• Comfortable using Google Drive and Google Calendar
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work 40 hours
