We are seeking 2 experienced IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support Technicians for a Windows 11 upgrade project (600+ devices).

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform Windows 10 → Windows 11 upgrades & deployments
  • Provide onsite helpdesk / desktop support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues
  • Assist with PC setup, imaging, and configurations
Must-Have Requirements (No Exceptions):
  • 1+ year IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience
  • Experience with Windows OS (10/11)
  • Ability to work onsite in Assumption & Taylorville
  • Ability to commit to full project timeline (through July 4)
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
Highly Preferred:
  • Previous Windows 11 upgrade or deployment experience
  • Experience with Active Directory, imaging, or ticketing systems
