Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Summary

A busy and growing company in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily operations. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Process customer orders, updates, and changes in the system

• Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, etc.) to ensure accurate order fulfillment

• Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Follow up on orders, shipments, and customer requests as needed

• Provide general administrative support to the office team

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Microsoft Office)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Reliable and team-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Familiarity with order entry or inventory systems
