We are seeking a reliable Wire Stripping Technician to remove plastic and rubber coatings from copper wiring using hand tools and machinery. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety procedures, and consistent productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Strip insulation from copper wires accurately and efficiently
• Operate basic tools and wire-stripping equipment
• Sort and organize processed materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Basic hand tool experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
