 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Property Tours: Showcase available units and amenities to prospective tenants, tailoring each tour to their needs and preferences.

• Manage Lease Agreements: Prepare, review, and execute lease documents with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

• Support Tenant Relations: Serve as the go-to contact for resident inquiries, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution to foster long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

Skills Required:
