Senior CNC Lathe Programmer - $30+/hr

• Pay: $30.00/hr and up, based on experience
• Location: Pasco County, FL (exact worksite provided upon interview)

A high-precision manufacturing facility in Pasco County is looking for a Senior CNC Lathe Programmer to own a dedicated machine.

What You'll Be Doing

• Program and optimize complex turning operations using Fusion 360 and Fanuc controls
• Handle all machine setups independently -- tool selection, offsets, and adjustments for tight tolerance runs
• Hold close tolerances consistently and self-inspect using micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, including GD&T callouts
• Own the process from print to finished part with minimal oversight

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on CNC lathe programming and operation experience
• Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 and solid working knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Ability to work independently and take full accountability for part quality
• Reliable, detail-driven, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving shop environment
