Sprinter Van Driver

Location: Union, NJ (Routes throughout NJ & NY)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00/hour

Job Summary

A growing logistics and distribution company based in Union, NJ is seeking a reliable Sprinter Van Driver to handle local and regional deliveries throughout New Jersey and New York. This role is ideal for someone with prior delivery experience who is comfortable driving in city environments and takes pride in safe, on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided sprinter van for daily delivery routes

• Deliver products to customers and businesses across NJ and NY

• Load and unload delivery items safely and efficiently

• Verify delivery information, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate records

• Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure timely service

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers at delivery locations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Previous delivery driving experience (sprinter van or similar vehicle preferred)

• Comfortable driving in New York City and surrounding areas

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical delivery work

• Strong time management and reliability

• Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with route delivery or logistics operations

• Familiarity with GPS/navigation systems and delivery apps

• Experience handling delivery paperwork or electronic logs

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Driving for extended periods throughout the day

• Frequent loading/unloading of packages

• Working in varying weather and traffic conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed
