Production Associate – Manufacturing

We are seeking reliable candidates for a hands-on production role responsible for machining and/or assembling parts while maintaining high quality standards and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate within machining/assembly processes following standard procedures
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools and complete production reports
• Identify issues, follow proper procedures, and report abnormalities
• Maintain equipment basics (fluid checks, cleanliness) and follow safety guidelines
• Support team goals, continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen), and a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6 months–1 year manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for up to 10 hours
• Frequently lift 10–40 lbs
• Perform repetitive movements (bending, lifting, reaching)

Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, heat, and safety hazards. PPE and strict safety protocols required.
