Job Title: Service Representative

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and managing service calls from initiation through closure using company systems, including SharePoint and NetSuite. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient service operations, timely communication, and accurate documentation across all service activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and create service calls in internal systems
• Dispatch and coordinate third-party technicians
• Monitor technician updates and ensure clear, timely communication
• Update work order status, notes, and required details in SharePoint and NetSuite
• Follow up on pending service calls to ensure SLA compliance
• Close completed service calls accurately once all documentation and updates are received
• Escalate delayed, at-risk, or unresolved service issues to leadership as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned service activities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with service management systems (e.g., SharePoint, NetSuite) preferred
