Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and managing service calls from initiation through closure using company systems, including SharePoint and NetSuite. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient service operations, timely communication, and accurate documentation across all service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and create service calls in internal systems
- Dispatch and coordinate third-party technicians
- Monitor technician updates and ensure clear, timely communication
- Update work order status, notes, and required details in SharePoint and NetSuite
- Follow up on pending service calls to ensure SLA compliance
- Close completed service calls accurately once all documentation and updates are received
- Escalate delayed, at-risk, or unresolved service issues to leadership as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned service activities
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple service requests simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with service management systems (e.g., SharePoint, NetSuite) preferred
