Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals are seeking a dependable and hardworking Meat Processor to join our team in Butte, Montana. This position plays a key role in processing livestock into quality meat products while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process meat products according to company and USDA guidelines
• Cut, trim, grind, package, and label meat products
• Operate knives, saws, grinders, and other processing equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
• Assist with loading, unloading, and cold‑storage handling as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous meat processing or butcher experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to safely handle sharp tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a cold environment
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
