• Position: Cheese Production & Packaging Associate
• Location: Westby, WI
• Shift: Night Shift | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Schedule: Rotating 3–4 day work weeks (12-hour shifts)
• Pay: $20.50/hour
• Hire Type: Direct Placement (interview with company for permanent hire)

🧀 Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and maintain cheese production and packaging equipment
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during production
• Clean machines and equipment per specifications (including tight spaces)
• Load and unload materials into production machinery
• Replenish packaging supplies as needed
• Inspect finished cheese products and remove defective items
• Package, box, and stack finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with additional production and packaging duties as needed

✅ Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or food processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

• Comfortable working independently or on a team
• Dependable, flexible, and positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and climb stairs/ladders (4–6 ft)
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs consistently
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
