Key Responsibilities

·         Perform general labor tasks in both indoor and outdoor settings

·         Lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely and efficiently

·         Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials

·         Support team members with various tasks as needed

·         Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

·         Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

·         Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (50+ lbs)

·         Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

·         Flexibility to work a day/night swing shift after training

·         Strong work ethic and dependability

·         Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience operating heavy equipment (bobcats, loaders, etc.) is a plus

Training

·         Initial training will be conducted on a day shift for approximately 60–90 days before transitioning to a swing shift schedule

Work Environment

·         Combination of indoor and outdoor work

·         Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands
