NOW HIRING: WELDER

Location: Cary, IL – Onsite

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Job Description:

The Welder will perform intermediate-level welding work in a manufacturing environment, supporting structural components and piping. This role involves working with multiple materials, reading blueprints, completing inspections, and ensuring compliance with welding and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production, structural, and basic repair welding, including piping and fabrication
• Set up and adjust welding equipment independently
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols
• Conduct in-process inspections and correct minor weld defects
• Follow welding codes, OSHA safety standards, and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Formal welding training with 2–5 years of hands-on experience
• Multiple AWS certifications; qualified for structural and pipe welding
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding across multiple positions
• Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
