Schedule: 1^st shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm OT until 4:30pm

Express Employment is seeking a Liquid  Applicator to join our client’s team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Apply powder coating/paint using spray gun techniques to parts on a conveyor line  
• Ensure proper coating application and maintain quality standards on all products  
• Maintain and clean spray equipment and work area  
• Assist with paint changes, booth cleaning, and powder room upkeep  
• Monitor for defects, address quality issues, and follow all safety protocols

Required Qualifications 

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift  
• Strong understanding of safety practices and willingness to wear required PPE  
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow direction from supervisors
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous painting or powder coating experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
