• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, blasting, and masking
• Mix and apply industrial coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Paint machinery, equipment, structures, and components to specifications
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE and hazardous material handling
• Inspect finished work for quality, coverage, and compliance
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and clean work areas
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and coating specifications

Previous experience as an Industrial Painter is required!
