Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Customer Service / Collections Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for contacting customers regarding past-due loan accounts to collect payments while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and written correspondence regarding past-due loan accounts
• Collect payments and negotiate repayment arrangements
• Resolve account issues while maintaining a professional tone
• Accurately document all customer interactions and account activity
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Customer service or collections experience preferred, but not required
