Job Title: Parts Receiving Associate
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Receiving Associate for a busy appliance store in Fort Myers. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and distributing incoming parts to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with basic computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming appliance parts and verify shipments against purchase orders
• Inspect parts for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Accurately tag and label all received parts
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas
• Pull parts for customer orders and internal requests
• Maintain accurate inventory records using basic computer systems
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking as needed
• Keep the receiving and storage areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced appliance store and warehouse setting
• May involve lifting, bending, and moving inventory throughout the day
