Housekeeper

Located in Butler, PA

Salary: $16.00/hr.

We are seeking a Hotel Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the hotel rooms and additionally, you will handle laundry duties to ensure a constant supply of fresh linens and towels.

Responsibilities:

• Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
• Bathroom Maintenance: Ensure that bathrooms are sanitized, disinfected, and stocked with necessary toiletries.
• Laundry Operations: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other hotel laundry items according to established standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens to the supervisor for timely replenishment.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to guests while respecting their privacy and preferences.
• Report Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues in guest rooms or common areas promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping and laundry operations preferred.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm; Facility is open 24/7, so candidates must be available to be scheduled any day of the week.
