Maintenance Technician

Located in Knoxville, TN

Salary: $18.00+

A local business is looking for a Residential Maintenance associate. This is a Monday-Friday, 1st shift position, and the pay ranges from $18-$20/hour D.O.E! 

 

Job responsibilities include:

• Removing and repairing damaged flooring and tile.
• Install and repair door and window screens. 
• Remove, install, and repair a variety of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, commodes, water closets, bath tubs, showers, and faucets. 
• Remove, install, and repair cabinets and counter tops. 
• Remove, install, and repair door locks. 
• Repair and maintain masonry structure; remove damaged stones, bricks, and blocks.
• Assist in the maintenance of grounds around housing developments. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.
