Our client, a residential landscape construction company, is looking for Landscape Construction Labourers to join their team in Scarborough!

Responsibilities:

• Travel to various job sites within Scarborough and Pickering
• Work with construction crew of 4-5 people
• Landscape duties including laying down brick, interlocking, tamping and digging
• Unload bricks from truck and put them into wheelbarrow to move
• Use of hand and power tools (shovel and tamping machines)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-3 years experience working in hardscape construction (interlocking)
• Clear Criminal Background
• Valid class G License
• Must be able to lift up to 50-60lbs
• Steel toe boots and gloves required

Bonus Qualifications:

• Own vehicle preferred to travel to jobs sites
• Previous experience operating skid steer (asset)
• Positive attitude, honest, reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Adaptable, and a team player, gets along well with others

Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm (hours may vary depending on weather)
• Pay Rate: $24-$28 per hour based on experience
