Express Employment Professionals of Denton County is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our auto auction client in Lewisville. This role is perfect for someone who is multitasker, team player, enjoys variety and a role where no two days are the same!

Pay: $20hr/-$22/hr

Schedule:
Mon, Wed, Thurs: 8a-5p        
Tues & Fri: 7:30a until finish

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing dealer clients via phone, email, and in-person communication to promote auction services and weekly sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase participation and retention.
• Assist dealers with registration, inventory listings, bidding processes, and post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with outside sales, operations, and title departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and increase lane participation.
• Support auction-day activities, including dealer check-in, announcements, and customer assistance.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Skills.

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or automotive/auction environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with high volume incoming call activity and engaging with customers face to face daily.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent
