• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail 
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions 
• Basic understanding of AC/DC current and wire coding (preferred) 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic electrical and mechanical installations
• Use hand tools and machinery to assemble parts and subassemblies 
• Follow attendance, safety, and workmanship standards
• Perform quality control checks and complete production documentation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing
