Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is recruiting Maintenance Technicians for a company in Bellingham! The right candidate for this role would be very dependable, able to work in any weather conditions, and ready for a great temporary job!

Pay: $26.93/HR
Shift: Day Shift- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Must work Weekends! Can choose to have Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, Wednesdays and Thursdays off, or Thursdays and Fridays off.
Position Type: Temporary for 6 months
Location: Bellingham, WA

Job Duties & Requirements include:
- Cleans shelters, removes graffiti. Empties and cleans trash cans and picks up litter at bus stops

- Sweeps and pressure washes concrete pads and sidewalks at bus stops and facilities
- Paints bus stops, curbs, shelters, signage projects, and interior and exterior surfaces of facilities
- Cleans and disinfects bio-spills at all locations
- Installs shelters, signs, posts, schedule materials, and other customer amenities at bus stops

- Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work area

- Cleans shelters, removes graffiti. Empties and cleans trash cans and picks up litter at bus stops

- Maintains bus stop grounds, including cutting the grass and trimming overhanging tree branches
