• Turnos de 12 horas de 8 PM a 8 AM Y 8AM A 8PM(4 DÍAS TRABAJANDO Y 4 DÍAS LIBRES)
• Compania electronica de assemblaje
• Se requieren zapatos con punta de acero 
• Se requiere historial limpio y prueba de drogas negativa

Position Summary

The Production QA Associate is responsible for performing quality inspections on incoming QC (IQC) to ensure that incoming parts meet established quality and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in preventing defects, supporting production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with quality requirements, especially in a battery pack manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming quality inspections on components
• Conduct visual inspections in accordance with inspection standards and work instructions
• Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming components
• Communicate quality issues promptly to operators, supervisors, and QA team members
• Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documentation and logs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures, especially for battery-related risks
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred
• Basic knowledge of inspection tools (e.g., calipers, multimeters)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, MES systems)
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in battery, electronics, or automotive manufacturing
• Basic understanding of quality concepts and tools (e.g., QC 7 Tools)

Working Conditions

• Work on the floor, including prolonged standing
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work day/night shifts or rotating shifts
• May involve repetitive tasks and light physical activity
