Schedule: Full-time | Day or Swing Shift (Training phase schedule may vary)

• Full-time, consistent hours with overtime potential
• Initial training in Auburn or Tukwila locations
• Transition to Centralia facility within 3–12 months depending on placement

Position Overview:
• Join a growing manufacturing operation expanding into Lewis County with a brand-new Centralia facility
• Hands-on role maintaining and troubleshooting industrial production equipment in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep production running
• Install, adjust, and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and other equipment
