About the Role:
We are a fast-paced box manufacturing company seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team. This is a physically demanding role that requires consistent heavy lifting and the ability to work efficiently in a high-speed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Operate machinery and assist with production line tasks
• Perform quality checks and ensure packaging standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
