Installation Technician

• $20/hour to start
• Concord, NH
• Monday – Friday
• First shift – 7:30am – 4pm

Duties:

• Cut, deburr, drill, sand, and prepare metal and other materials for fabrication and installation
• Perform electrostatic painting and finishing of fabricated components
• Conduct final quality inspections to ensure all products meet shop drawing specifications and quality standards
• Install custom-built exterior systems, including retractable structures, motorized screens, pergola-style frameworks, and related products
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and quickly develop effective solutions when unexpected challenges arise
• Ensure all completed work is accurate, secure, and delivers a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform basic mental math for measurements and adjustments
• Experience using hand and power tools and measuring equipment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights (ladders)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles)
• OSHA 10 certification or prior residential construction experience preferred
